I scheduled a fairly simple move (bedroom suite, kitchen table & washer and dryer) 3 weeks in advance. NO CALL NO SHOW!!! I called to make sure that my reservation was still confirmed - and she said yes, but they would be about 30 mins late. I called after they were 2 hours late - and she said they would call me once they were on the way..... no one ever showed up or called poor service! Luckily, I don't have to be out of my place today - but what if I had no other options?! Can't believe this happened!

Do NOT use this company. I booked multiple weeks in advance and called the day before to reserve my reservation for 9am the following morning. I got a call at 905 letting me know that my crew apparently didn't show for work that morning so a crew that was on another job should be done around noon, then be to us. No one was here by 1245 so I called. She said she hadn't heard from them yet but would call them and call me right back. She never did so I called back another 45 minutes later and she said she still hadn't been able to contact them. I asked if this was going to happen today

I set up an appointment to have their people help with moving into a new townhouse. They never showed, never called and after multiple calls to them they kept giving excuse after excuse and the never showed. I had rented a moving truck that was full counting on them which put me in an extreme bind!

Even though the movers were 45 minutes late... They were courteous. However once all our items were moved the very last item they moved was a big green egg smoker grill. One of the movers dropped this grill and it shattered on the concrete. This is a $1300 grill. First of all management was extremely difficult to get on the phone when I got them on the phone they demanded payment. I told them I would be happy to pay them once they could provide me with an insurance certificate and the assurance that they would replace my grill. They could not do either. If you want a mover to show up when they say they will (or at all), I would recommend avoiding this moving company. We booked, they confirmed and when we called to see when we could expect the movers, the receptionist (that made us wait 45 minutes for a call back) replied "well we are very busy and overbooked, it'll probably be 11pm before we can send someone there so, I don't think any of our movers will want to go". So, that was beyond disappointing but they offered to send someone *first thing* in the morning (which is apparently, 9 am). We had had to unload half of the truck
