Just a warning to anyone thinking about using this company. If you do, before you pay for the job make sure every inch of your new fence is installed just as it should be and how you asked for it to be done. If you don't and you find an error you will play heck trying to get them back out to make it right. After many phone calls and no shows, it took threatening action to get this company to fix their mistake. So beware!

I contacted tornado fence co. after hurricane Sally for an estimate to repair my fence. A very nice man came and gave me an estimate within a few days. I informed him that when I received the insurance money for the repairs, I would contact them to do the repairs. When I called back I was put on a "4-6 week" waiting list. I've been chasing them ever since until I finally gave up and found another company. They repeatedly said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday next week for weeks, Until finally they just don't even answer the phone when I call. wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Do yourself

**EDIT** Just wanted to let others know that Superior Fence and Rail (Avalon Blvd, Milton) is the best fence company in the area!!!!**
Zero stars should be an option; spoke with the owner on several occasions requesting a repair estimate. It was always scheduled at '2PM' the following day every time I called; like it's absolutely rehearsed. First request was scheduled two days from the call at 2:00PM. Call a little after 2PM on the day and was told he could swing by 'tomorrow at 2:00PM." He was a no-show. I called a couple more times after that.. yet again, scheduled 'tomorrow at 2:00PM.' Again

I hired them several years ago to replace a common fence between my neighbor and my house. I also needed a new gate. They were extremely difficult to get to come out to my house. In addition, I had after the sale issues that were as equally difficult to get them to reply to. Fast forward to post Hurricane Sally, I decided to give them another try. Wrong decision. They do not call or show up when promised, and only give you an update if you hound them for it. If a vendor can't show up on time, and does not even give the courtesy of a phone call, I would think twice about hiring them. I wish there

Please do not use this company!!! The owner is a big liar, their work is horrible. Our fence fell and it had not even been up 6 months, we called and they promised to come out and they never showed up. The least little thunderstorm the fence would fall down. I would let a bear put up my next fence instead of Tornado Fence. Do not use this company.

I should’ve read the reviews. I called on Monday and set up an estimate inspection for 2pm today. Asked the boss for an hour off work to go home, meet the guy, and get the quote. Got home at 1:45, waited until 2:15, called and was told that he would check with his guy and call me back. I never got a call back. I’ve called 8 more times and no one answers, and the voicemail box is full and I can’t leave a message. Use someone else or build it yourself. It would be less frustrating.

Terrible quality of work. Fence is leaning after first storm. Boards aren't straight. Won't come back to fix anything. Tells you they will be there and don't show up ( about a dozen times). My neighbors were gonna use them until they saw the quality. They called another fence company and I'm stuck fixing their crap %^&* work.

I'm in the same boat as Steve G. They gave us an estimate on our fence three weeks ago and said they could have it done in 5 days. It took them over a week to even come out and put the posts up. They promised they'd be out one day, never showed up and never called or returned our calls. Finally they show up one day and drop off one worker to put up the posts and leave him there until 6 o clock before they come back to pick him up. Awkward. Then the same thing happens again 2 more times in a row. They said they'd be back to finish the fence one day, never show up, never call and never

This fence company installed the electric gates in our homeowner's association. If you need service after the installation, you are out of luck. They will show up for a service call, do nothing, and never contact you back. If you call or send an E-mail, they will not respond. If they are unable to repair the gates, they should simply tell us. If you are looking for fence installation, stay away!!!!!
