She found exactly what we were looking for and had us out the door with our carpet 15 minutes after we got there. Prices were very reasonable. I just purchased carpet for the upstairs of my house and I am very satisfied with my choice! I was assisted by Jeffrey who was very helpful and took his time to explain the differences in a few carpet materials that I had asked him about. He answered all my questions or concerns. He offered samples on the ones I liked. I went home and placed it on my floor to see how it would look with certain lightings in the rooms and it was perfect! I didn’t feel pressured. My elderly parents used them and were very disappointed. They delivered the wrong flooring, had most of it installed before my parents returned home. When the issue was addressed they said they were sorry. They could buy back the unused flooring but wouldn't do anything about the mistake of installing the wrong floor. My parents had to buy new flooring from another company and just tear out perfectly good flooring that they paid for. What a waste of time and money. Dodds error but they won't make it right. .

I must say that there are a lot of places to buy flooring in Dalton it being the flooring capital of the world. The difference at Dodds are two things customer service and price of the material. They have a very knowledgeable man there that knows any and everthing about Hardwoods, Engineered Hardwoods.
