I cannot thank Hurst enough for their quick response and professionalism. We had a furnace situation and my 4 grandchildren were trying to do remote learning in a very cold, uncomfortable environment. Hurst responded within 5 minutes (yes, 5) to the initial request for service., A technician was dispatched within the hour and. he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly with the children. The technician that showed up was here when they said he would be he got right to work checking our a/c and determined that their really wasn't anything wrong with it other than it,is 17 years old,he cleaned it and got it running more efficiently and Told us about options for upgrading in the future ,but no pressure and certainly nothing we didn't need done. I Highly recommend these guys.

From my first call to Hurst, their customer service has been excellent. Victoria took the time to listen to all my frustrations with our ac and the home warranty. They were more than willing to work with our home warranty company to help us resolve our problem. Their technicians customer service is excellent as well. They really listen to you. Communication is always the key and they all really good at it. I totally recommend them to all my friends and family. Very happy with the work.

Great customer service, they answer the phone, contact you when there on there way. Very polite and knowledgeable. I would rather pay a high diagnostic fee or service call fee then get charged a $180 for a part I can buy for $30. I feel this is outrageous. I understand overhead and cost of doing business. Raise your diagnostics fee and lower you mark up on parts.

I would highly recommend Hurst Heating and Cooling!! We have had to have our furnace in our new home serviced twice now and BOTH times Hurst Heating and Cooling came to the rescue. From the initial phone call, the text message giving an approximate time frame the tech would be there, to the actual servicing of the furnace. Hurst Heating and Cooling was on the ball! Very professional and great at answering any questions you might have.

My husband and I contacted Mike Hurst about a new A/C install after speaking with a few other companies and he was above and beyond professional. He came out the same day and did an estimate for us and went through our available options. Installation went perfectly as the guys had the A/C up and running quickly. Mike came out and explained how everything works. Highly recommended A+++!!!

Our technician Tommy came in to a dier situation at our home but was determined to fulfill our needs for the ice cold air we now have! He wasn't supposed to return until the next morning, feeling discouraged, however he was determined and returned the same day and resolved it successfully! We can't Express how much professionalism Hurst Heating and Cooling has. We will surely recommend them to all family and friends!
