After searching every service provider in our area and calling over 6 different locations I decided to go with Haisma heating and cooling due to the great reviews they have.
Recently purchased my first home in October and even though everything checked out during our initial inspection things happen and the unexpected could occur at any day. Had air conditioning failure on one of the hottest days of the summer..... Haisma was here in less than 24hrs and got me up and running again. The technician was very pleasant and got the job done in a good timeframe. Also gave some suggestions for maintenance and upkeep. Price was very reasonable. Can't thank them enough......

They came on time were professional and diagnosed the issues with my AC quickly. Was able to fix the problem and offer insight into making sure I do not have any problems this winter with a tune up. I will definitely have them come back and take care of my heating and cooling.

John was super professional and educational. Since I've lived in my house, I have never had my A/C unit looked at, so figured it was about time for a tune up and was aware that it probably needed extra. John was very informative about all the steps he was taking and made me feel super comfortable not knowing anything about A/C.
I have had really terrible experiences with companies as of late, either not showing up, not communicating, or not executing the job as promised. Haisma restored some faith in the service industry. Thank you!

Pleased with my service call yesterday. Was really wanting to know if my AC unit was up to par. Alex answered all of my questions very well. When I told him I thought he was good at what he did, I asked for his name so that if I had further problems I could talk to him. He said to me “You don’t really need me all the time. All the men I work with are top notch.” What a team player! Speaks volumes for Haisma Heating & Cooling.
