Absolutely terrible, poor workmanship had to hire another company to fix their installation. Always had to fight with this company and could not get anywhere. Buyer or user beware! There are a lot better companies out there.

I hired this company less than 2 years ago to repair my central air conditioning unit. I paid over $2000, plus an additional maintenance package for $250. The unit broke again. 3 calls and 2 emails later and still no response from them. I hired another company to come in and am now paying over $3000 to repair the faulty work that these idiots did in 2018. DO NOT HIRE THEM (if you can even get through).

Complete shill of a company. They do terrible work and don't show up to job sites for weeks. All of their work is done poorly and you must make them redo it, and they will complain the entire way through. When you try to get a hold of them to figure out why workers aren't on site, no one calls you back ever. Completely terrible to do business with and would rather use box fans than utilize their services again. The only reason they are still around is because they bribe property managers for jobs. STAY AWAY!!!!

Stay away from this place, their mechanics been doing work on our AC for the past 3 years, never really FIX the issue but keep doing patch jobs even when we have contracts with them. Technicians keep having to ask HQ and come back another to fix the issue - even thou they are 1 subway station away!
