Incredibly frustrating with the service I received. They sent 3 people out to do a one person job. Spent 4 hours trying to install a nest, which an infant can install and left me with a mess and hours upon hours of fixing the wiring issues they have left me with. Save your money, look elsewhere. Spent nearly 1k for a 25 dollar transformer from Amazon and 4 screws. My hvac system now runs with no thermostat installed at all! Perfect 🤦♂️
