Hayes Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc., founded in 1989, is a family owned full-service heating and air conditioning company. Hayes Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. has been with the Carrier label for more than 22years and has been a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer for the past 8 years. We employ some of the BEST people in the HVAC industry with a combined experience of over 100 years.
Whether you are in need of a heating and air conditioning system, repair services or preventative maintenance, our skilled technicians can handle the job. Your home comfort system is most likely the single biggest use of energy in your home. In fact, over a third of the energy used in the United States is used to heat and cool buildings.
Air conditioners may look similar, but their Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (SEER) can vary widely. Higher SEER numbers save more money spent on electricity. Even though 13 SEER is the minimum efficiency available, we currently offer a line of air conditioners that start at 13 SEER and go all the way up to a 21 SEER.

Indicated as a percentage, your furnace's AFUE tells you how much energy is being converted to heat. For example, an AFUE of 90 means that 90% of the fuel is being used to warm your home, while the other 10% escapes as exhaust with the combustion gases. The portion of your air conditioner or heating system that forces air through your home's ductwork.

Hayes Air Conditioning & Heating installed my furnace in the 90’s, and it is still running great! Recently had to switch my entire house over from natural gas to propane. I have used their services since my house was built in 1993. They have always been quick, professional and their expertise in second to none. They offer very good products for both commercial and residential use and they keep lots of parts in stock for repair. Even in the heat of the summer or the frigid, blustery winter, they can get the air units running again. I highly recommend this business.
