Vickrey Heat & Air Inc. was started by Mike and Roxanne Vickery in 1976. Dedicated to integrity and helping others, Mike sought to utilize the earth's natural energy as an alternate and efficient energy. He became one of the pioneers in geothermal heating and cooling. Cons: Overwhelmed staff. From my first phone call to the day my heat was fixed was 15 days. Problems with communication.
Vickery has always had a good name in this town until recently. I hope they get the kinks worked out. Maybe they are just short staffed like every other business right now. I have used them in the past and had a wonderful experience but if this were my first time it would definitely be my last.

Added on parts that didn't need replacing trying to charge for them when heater was still broken. Don't recommend paying them a dime till the job is done! I'd take pictures of your working parts before they come. Not an honest company. Seems like they have a price goal for each house. They overcharge $200 or more for each part and charges for service plus labor upfront before job is done. $150 to come put and look at it..... smh....

Came to my home two days trying to figure out what was wrong with my heater. first day said it was some $400 part. he switched it out And it kept doing the same thing the original piece was. man left with my heater still broken, came back next day got on my roof and said a piece is missing up there its gonna be $800 more..... plus the 150 I already… paid for him to come out and fiddle with everything trying to see the problem.... job not complete and overcharges for parts and services. they were replacing parts on heater that were working fine. I feel as this company sets a goal to raise

I am a repeat customer, but always continue to be wow-ed with their 5 star, professional service. Twice I have installed new units on properties I have owned. They gave competitive prices, no hassle, quick install and GREAT service.

Vickrey employee "Travis" responded with next day service. Travis disassembled my ac units exterior panels, assessed the problem and made the necessary changes. He explained everything he did and answered all my questions. He received several work related calls and continued working while he handled the calls. Extremely professional and polite. I heard "Yes Sir" and "Yes Ma'am" numerous times. It was extremely hot and he never slowed down.
Vickrey is very fortunate to have an employee with this type of work ethic and attitude.

We have used this company a few times. The technicians are FANTASTIC. However the customer service and office ladies are AWFUL. So much so that I have NEVER written a bad review on a company, I always keep it to myself. I want to warn others to please STAY AWAY from this company. We have had many issues with their office ladies. We had an appointment scheduled for 6 days for them to come out. They were busy, we get that. They said they would be out during the day (6 days later). When we scheduled we were told it would be before 6:00 PM. We never got a call that day so we assumed that they got behind

Heat went out on Saturday morning around 3am. Service tech arrived at 9am and quickly fixed the problem. I'm on the yearly maintenance plan and I was charged the cost of a regular hours visit instead of an emergency weekend visit. Big money saver and they keep my unit maintained before summer and winter use. Great company.

We had them come out during the heavy snow week.... not once did they say no we can’t make it.... Taylor was incredible and had the most respect I’ve seen in a person.... unfortunately I had to have them back out to replace another motor that went out a few days later..... these guys are amazing.... I would recommend them any day.... thank you Vickery for all you did for me and my family in -0 degree weather

I would like to wholeheartedly give my appreciation to Vickery heat and air. I called this morning because our furnace wasn’t kicking on. Well, I knew that Vickery had always done work for our church so I gave them a call. They sent out the nicest man “the same day” and he acted like he was working on his own house rather than a customers. He not… only saved me a ton of money but he gave me excellent options to pursue in the future. We’ve had Vickrey out to work on our AC FIVE times since April. It’s now September 1st and it’s again not working.
Once a month and still no fix. No urgency to fix it after a person was out and it stopped working within less than 24hours.
Hundreds of dollars later for it still not to work.
Unacceptable.
