I highly recommend CSI...Jamie and his crew were very professional and great to work with! My floors look amazing! They were able to get my tile grout sparkling white from a dirty brown! I only wish I called CSI sooner instead of wasting my time trying to DIY clean my tile floors...

What a difference! Had CSI clean our long neglected open-concept tile flooring, and the end result is amazing. The tile AND grout over the entire first floor of our house is now IMMACULATE. Prior to starting the project, Jamie took the time to explain the process, the machinery, and the care that they would be taken to ensure our furniture was protected. They not only cleaned the tile, but also the baseboards, and unexposed areas under the heavy furniture. I am so happy! An absolute great job. Highly recommend.

Jamie was quick, professional, and informative. I did the yelp request for quote letting him know what needed done on a Monday, and Tuesday had my ball park price. Set up the cleaning for following Monday via a quick email, and he texted to re-confirm on Sunday that I was still ready to go for the next day or if I needed to reschedule. Courtesy at its finest! Today he got the old carpet back in shape and smelling great! The price was as ballparked with no hidden "well this is extra or that takes more time" fees.
Don't hesitate to set it up. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I contacted the owner, Jamie, on a Saturday afternoon trying to get a last minute cleaning to my bed mattress in our vacation rental condo. I explained to Jamie that a guest had left the mattress stained badly and I really needed it cleaned asap. Jamie came out on Monday afternoon and explained in full detail his process of cleaning the entire mattress and then focusing on the stain. After trying a mixture he normally uses, it did not effect the stain. Jamie broke out a special bottle he said is a very strong stain remover. Jamie said it is very acidic and would cause the stain to fade as the solution
