We recently had a great experience with Advantage Design and Remodel, even with all of the bumps and bruises of COVID-19. What was supposed to start in April 2020, didn’t get off the ground until August 2020. But that was our decision, and Greg and Andy were willing to be flexible and adjust our start date. We needed help. Our remodel was not a “pull and replace” situation. We had big ideas, but no clue how to execute. Advantage was the perfect partner for us. The design process was exactly what we needed to be able to visualize what our kitchen and bathroom would look like. Bryan, our designer, was essential. He heard what we were asking for and was able to translate that into an absolutely gorgeous kitchen and bathroom. I called regarding a quote for my kitchen remodel. I was told by the representative remodel start around $80,000 and go up from there. I find it deeply disturbing when every other quote or estimate I received started around $45,000. I find it very troubling this company without even seeing my house says remodeling starts at $80,000 if that's the truth how this company gets five stars is beyond my belief. I understand the size of the project has a lot to do with the cost but $80,000? Seriously? 5 star fake news

We had a great experience with Advantage Design + Remodel when we hired them to update our open concept kitchen. Since it really is the hub of our home, we wanted it done right and the end result exceeded our expectations. The entire Advantage team is friendly and knowledgeable and they honestly care that you’re happy. Over a three years period we have used Advantage Design + Remodel for several projects—two and a half bathrooms, a solarium, a kitchen, a foyer addition, and a lower level art/craft studio. When entering a remodeling project, it is important to have strong communication, and a highly professional and valued relationship. We found Greg very easy to work with; he listened to what we wanted, made helpful suggestions, and came up with solutions as problems were discovered. We have used contractors before for remodeling and, for our latest project, we had Greg and his Advantage team finish the lower level of our new home. It was a fantastic experience! We knew what to expect every step of the way because of Builder Trend, a great tool to communicate and track progress.
