The Bulski Team was very helpful with the design process and provided great quality work with our kitchen remodel. They were so easy to work with and always available for advice and concerns. I have so many good things to say about our experience with Bulski Building and Remodeling. Our basement was completed beautifully, on time and within budget. We asked for a custom in-wall fish tank that required several custom modifications to the structure of a wall. The Bulski team was patient and receptive to my constant "but what about?" and "can we just?" questions throughout the project and handled it all easily and professionally. I am big on communication when having work done and Bulski always communicated with me whether it was via email or phone. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Needed a quote done in order to proceed with a house buying process. I was told 2-3 weeks it would take. Then I called after SIX WEEKS and was told the following Monday. Did not get the quote the following Monday, called again and was told the next Wednesday. Didn’t get the quote yet again. And now it’s the next Monday and I get an email about how hard it is to walk away from a potential project and that basically they won’t be doing it. I was strung around for almost two months!
