Purchased a house about 6 months ago and there was a B Cool sticker on the outside unit that meant that they had probably been out to this house at sometime in the past.
I had them out after we moved in asking them to service the heating and air systems which they said they did and we paid for.
About a month ago, the house started getting very hot and we could not get the cooling side of the system to work correctly. They sent a tech out on a Monday and he said that the condensate line was backed up, so he cleaned it out and everything worked fine.......until Friday when it started to behave

Our A/C went out a few nights ago. I'm pretty good at troubleshooting our A/C units but was a bit stumped. A friend of mine had used B-Cool in the past and was very impressed with there service. I called them the following morning and Matt was at our home within a few hours. Matt was very personal and had repaired my A/C in about an hour. He also took extra steps to ensure that our system (which is 14 years old) is in good working condition. I would use B-Cool again and would highly recommend them!!! Thanks B-Cool for keeping us cool!

They were the least expensive quote we could find at the time we bought our unit, courteous and a good experience. Fast forward a year and we have a leak from the unit that damaged our ceiling (it's in the attic). They fixed it for free but the leak was caused from it being installed at an incorrect angle. The shut off switch from the water flow pan wasn't triggered because of this, thus the leak. B-cool wouldn't repair the damage it caused from their mistake. Fine. The humidity in our house rose to 60-80% after this repair call, and we have had to constantly clean off mold on our

They collected from me hundreds of dollars for cleaning my small business A/C unit, but they never did the job. I had to call a different A/C company and pay again to get the job done. When si confronted them with the photos of the job they did not do, they denied not having done it. So how come it wasn't done B-Cool? Or more like B-Crooks

I have an older house that had extremely warm areas and the other end was really cold. Their ductless ac/heating unit is awesome!! No more hot and cold spots. Best investment I have made. It runs so quiet also. Mark was great in explaining how it worked and gave me estimates on different options available and not pushy at all. It was install quickly and efficiently by a great crew. I would recommend them to any one looking for ac additions. Don't let the distance stop you from calling them if you are on east side either.
