One Time Maintenance for $140.00 to include full inspection of entire system's mechanical and electrical components, inspection of the duct work and insulation, and a detailed report of all findings with any necessary recommendations. Maintenances available Monday through Friday with times of 9am-11am, 11am-2pm, and 2pm-5pm.

I have had a maintenance agreement for a few years now with Ideal Conditions and am extremely pleased. This is not your $39 or $49 deal where folks come out, spend 15 minutes and tell you all you need replaced. This is 2 hours or more cleaning your system, checking every stat and reading, making sure your system stays operating correctly. This is very well worth the money! I then had couple of questions about last maintenance visit and Tom Massey came out today and explained in depth my questions, no charge! Ideal Conditions can be trusted!

I have used Ideal Conditions since I bought my home 5 years ago. I got a new air conditioner with them 3 years ago and am currently on their maintenance plan. Been using the company for approximately 2 years now. Their service has been extremely professional, prompt, genuine and honest when it comes to maintenance and parts that need to be replaced. Tom Massey, the owner, personally responded for AC maintenance and was very professional with his services. Called Ideal because my unit had started leaking water at some point & damaged my floor, tech Mike was here within an hour & got my system back up & running. He was knowledgeable, professional & answered all my questions. Personally feel the service fee (trip fee) is pretty high just to come out & take a look but other than that I would use Ideal, especially Mike for any future repairs.

I used this company for an emergency repair over the summer and was so impressed that I signed up for their maintenance plan. Today was my 1st maintenance visit. The expert I had visit was Russell. He was excellent and explained everything to me and was so helpful... I think I have found my forever AC repair company... Highly recommend!!

Ideal Conditions exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend. Our AC stopped cooling and quickly become very hot in our home. I called Ideal Conditions and they were able to put us on the service list for the same day. Within an hour and half, we had someone at our house! Sunday at 5 pm our AC went out. We called Ideal Conditions and within an hour, We had the pleasure to meet Tom the owner. Our outside unit wasn't running properly. Thankfully Tom was able to check the system and help assess the issue. He went above and beyond helping answer our questions and fix the issue. He was incredibly friendly and very professional and best of all, he was quick to help us! Our house was nice and cool when he left!

My air conditioning broke during the hottest part of summer and on a weekend. They have an AMAZING team of professionals and they are so helpful and professional. Jason was awesome and so helpful. They really take the time to do the work correctly and are more than reasonably priced. I am happy to have been a customer after the original installers didn’t do their work appropriately or to code. I am so grateful to them and recommend them to everyone. They also have an awesome maintenance plan that delivers filters and vinegar to you every 6 months and do maintenance. They are truly amazing and I am so thankful they were able to help me.
