Sent a couple of emails... no response...
Left a voice mail... no call back
Call this morning (12/20/21)... person that picked up said "Hello..." nothing else..
No identification of the company or anything...
Informed them I was interested in a pool quote... his response...
"Meng..... you will have to wait till next year... we are closed tomorrow..."
My response... "ok thank you.." They must be making too much money right now for this level of service.. will take my money elsewhere.

I contacted more than 5 pool companies to get prices and ideas, to build my pool. Out of all those companies, Fontaine not only gave me the best price, Chino also provided me with the best customer service, the best ideas to fit in our back yard, and the best explanations about the quality of the different materials. Choosing Fontaine was the best decision I made, my pool was completely built and ready to use in less that 45 days. Chino was in there for every step of the construction, every inspection, every small details, he was there to make sure everything went according to what we discussed

I contacted Fontaine Pools for a pool remodel I had at one of our investment properties. Chino was cordial, very fair in pricing and did an excellent job replacing all the plumbing around the pool and spa in only two days.
He was professional and his work was neat. I would definitely used again for future projects and recommend to contractors and friends.
