Used a groupon deal which specifically states the service is for " Whole House Air Duct AND furnace checkup, PLUS 1 air return. " The fine print does not specify anything else. The other offer was for up to 7 vents only. So I went with the Whole House.
However, when the two technicians came they said they can't do the whole house, only one floor. I showed the groupon that states Whole House... they said they aren't allowed. So I called into the office and told the lady I want to get the service that I paid for and what was advertised, my whole house air duct cleaning

I purchased a Groupon for Air Duct Cleaning and phoned the ADW to set up an appointment. Upon giving my address the technician told me it would be an additional $39.00 Charge for a service that was purchased for $39.00 due to my location. I read the "fine print" section on the GROUPON and it stated within 50 miles of a certain Zip code, and I was 30 miles away. I was placed on hold and she told me that it was a mistake and I would have to pay. I no longer felt like this was a great deal but BC I opened the GROUPON to provide the tech with the Groupon # it was no longer able to be edited
