We have friends & neighbors that used B&D Construction & we saw the work. I cannot say they are the least expensive but I can saw that they are honest, fair, and high quality in the work they do.
They did our MAJOR kitchen remodel during the pandemic & they completed it within the 8 week timeline keeping everyone's safety in mind. To get by, they helped make a temporary food prep space in the dining room area (fridge, microwave etc.)

Dale and his team of workers are top notch. We heard about Dale and his team through our neighbor who was also very happy with his work. From the first time we talked to Dale, he was honest, and professional, with amazing people skills. We had a basic idea of what we wanted to do with the kitchen remodel and both family and living room, in order to to have an open floorplan. With our basic ideas and his vast experience he came back with a computer drawing of what the possible outcome could be.

Dale and his crew were awesome. They are the A Team. Dale has 40 years experience in this field and is a pro. He is easy to work with, very professional, honest and knows how to resolve any issues that may come up. For instance, I hired an independent architect to draw the plans for adding a bedroom to our home and enlarge an existing one. Despite the plans having been approved by the County, there were some discrepancies in them. Dale's knowledge and experience quickly kicked in, and resolved the discrepancies. Dale and his crew were awesome! They are the experienced A Team. Dale built a fourth bedroom to our home and enlarged an existing one. He was constantly on the job sight supervising his crew and guiding them. The project was completed about a month ahead of schedule. A large project like this requires a general contractor with experience, strong leadership and people skills. Dale has it all. He is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Dale completed a kitchen remodel for us and did a wonderful job. Not only were we completely happy with the finished product, but throughout the entire process Dale did a great job communicating all aspects of the project so there were no surprises. Everything was completed on time and on budget. Changes that we requested were handled without issue.
Fees for additional work that we requested were fair and consistent with the original budget. In the end Dale is now a friend of the family and we would recommend him to anyone that needs construction in their home.

I bought a house that needed new windows. I am not a construction guy, so when it comes to this stuff it's hard to find someone I trust. I called B&D and could not have been more satisfied with the job they did. They walked me through my options pain free. We ended up replacing 8 windows and two sliders. They were prompt, clean, and courteous. I called them again to install a mantle and TV in my living room and got the same exeptional, professional service. I would definitely recommend B&D Construction.

My wife and I were extremely happy with the work Dale and his crew did in our home. Getting the job done right the first time and completing the kitchen and 2 bath remodel on time was extremely satisfying.

Dale and his crew have been amazing. They revamped our our new purchase to fit our needs and wants. We love our new kitchen, flooring , etc. We were away for most of the summer as the work was being done and Dale took care of it all! I did not have to worry about what was happening while we were away ! Would absolutely recommend Dale to anyone who wants to do any work or upgrading in their home.

After a very scary fire in the bathroom fan at my elderly parents home we were in need of a contractor to do a complete overhaul. We were completely satisfied with everything Dale and his team did. They were extremely attentive, always on time and very reasonable. Dale was also so personable and just a pleasure to work with. Everything was done in a timely manner and we were so happy with the final result. We cannot recommend B&D construction enough. You will not regret hiring them!!!

If you see these guys, run for your houses life! What they did to the house I bought was a real shame and it costs as much to repair the damage they caused as it may have cost to do the addition itself! These guys are so cheap that rather than spend the $400-$500 it might have cost to haul the house front steps away, they just broke it up and left all the mess there with all the scrap pieces of wood, insulation, anything that they needed to dump and left it under the house. A few years later I find subterranean termites have needlessly invaded my space, and for what? I love my home but feel

The owner Dale Thompson has built two offices for me in the last 23 years. One was over 2000 square feet and one was about 800 square feet. Both completely custom to what I wanted for my business, Captain Ticket in Downtown Covina California. In both deals Mr. Thompson was honest, available, trustworthy and kept his quotes at or below fair market. I can say I saved several thousand dollars on my last project and I have great respect for him. I recommend speaking directly with Dale Thompson. He is an honorable man and does quality work.

Dale's talents with construction are only shadowed by what a great person he has been to the Alvarado's. His construction company has done work for three of our residences. He's done work for us three separate times. He works with clients ideas and creates better homes. We do plan on utilizing his construction company next year when taxes kick in (hint hint). My husband hired B&D construction for a small project we were doing with my Mom's house. We added a wall to create a den/bedroom. Dale and his team went above and beyond and I couldn't believe what a great deal we got. We are very pleased with the job he did. He even went out of his way to wrap our crown molding so we could save it and even bought a nice door for the new room. He's a great guy and his team does an awesome job. We will always keep B&D construction in mind.
