I have bought my car and my wife's car. I also had my father in laws and two sisters all bought from echo park. They made it easy and quick. They took great care of us. George Harris is who helped us. He was great. They have a great selection of vehicles and friendly staff. Great value on their vehicles and they offer more on the trade in. George was extremely knowledgeable.

Set up an appointment to view and test several SUV's. Arrived and were handed to a salesperson that seemed like we were a bother to her. She said "The vehicles are out there (waved arms) yall look around by yourselves." Mind you we had NO clue where anything was. Then we looked a few vehicles and it seemed like we were keeping her from something. My wife zeroed in on a Honda Pilot and she wanted us to take it for a test drive. We had a great experience buying a car here ( 9/23/2021) at EchoPark, and the salesperson (Frank) did a great job helping and answering all of our questions. The process went very smooth and there was no pressure whatsoever from the salesperson or the dealer. Nick is amazing. The car buying experience at Echo Park was phenomenal. I walked in not having any expectations, but frantic because the power steering had just died while driving. I pulled into Echo Park and Nick immediately was calm and incredibly kind. He assured me I was in good hands. Car buying is not easy, but EchoPark was the best experience I’ve ever had finding a car Heather was patient and answered all of my questions. She came up with a brilliant solution to my car needs at my price point. EchoPark had so many cars available and they gave me twice what another dealer was offering for my trade in. If I could rate my experience lower than a single star, I would. After reviewing the website and picking out several cars to consider, I requested an appointment so that I could visit. I received a call at 9:05am from Michelle, who made the appointment process extremely easy. She assured me that the car I had the highest level of interest in was available and would be ready for me to come in and see at 9:45am. Amazing out of state experience buying experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Flew in from Michigan and drove our beautiful Ford Fusion back home! Lou was amazing to my fiancée and I. He was patient, honest and very transparent. We didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a decision that we didn't want to make. Lou is very authentic. Ultimately, I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price with a reasonable interest rate, but it took some doing. They don't allow any outside financing so they can try to hit you with a ridiculous interest rate. The sales folks are young and naïve and seem to be completely unaware of how their dealership makes money through these types of deals and kickbacks. My credit rating is over 800, and the first rate I was offered was over 5% ... yeah I don't think so.
They also take FOREVER to close a deal. I went in knowing the exact car I wanted and still wound up being there for over 4 hours

Echopark is one of the best "dealerships" I have ever dealt with, I went to look at a 2020 Rav4 with the help of Mo Moustafa who was extremely helpful and took his time to thoroughly explain everything about it when I went to test drive it. No pressure to buy the vehicle but explained how Echopark worked, their warranties and the vehicle itself which is what I was looking for in a dealership and sure enough came back the next day to get the vehicle. Great service and atmosphere! I went to get my newly purchased used vehicle appraised. This was probably the most accurate, reliable and fair appraisal I ever received. Unfortunately, I did not trade my vehicle to them because I wanted a brand new vehicle. Next time, I will purchase one of their vehicles because of their used vehicle certification and because these are probably the most honest sales experience of all times. I would know because of past experiences.

Had researched and sent a friend to see/buy a 2018 low mileage Subaru. Car fax, pictures and description all depicted no accidents or damage, and showed in excellent condition. When my friend got there the paint was defective- actually bubbling up- on the rear quarter panel and the sales person said it had obviously been damaged and repainted. The visit was a complete waste of time. Carvana does a much better job of disclosing the real condition of their vehicles online.

Stay away from the Charlotte NC location. If you want to make a simple inquiry after the sale, forget it. Nobody answers the phone, sometimes you get transferred to a generic mailbox. Sometimes you get disconnected. If you do leave messages, no one returns calls. There is ZERO customer service. Call day after day. Call again and again. No one answers the phone in the 'Guest Loyalty' dept. Call and speak to the sales dept, complain, ask for escalation, nothing. Just wanted to find out the status

My fiancé was in the market for a new vehicle. He found the perfect truck while working with Daniel. The process was smooth that day with signing paperwork etc. However, after purchasing the truck there's no follow up. The car came with one key, we called the salesman to remind him to send the contact phone number to purchase a second key. Still, no follow up. Also, please know the company wants the car tag to come to them and you come back and pick up. Tag has expired and we have been leaving messages week after week and still no call back. I recently had the distinct pleasure of purchasing a new to me vehicle from EchoPark here in Charlotte. I found what was possibly the cleanest Mazda on this side of the Chattahoochee River. To begin, I asked to see a particular model. The salesman brought out the car I wanted to see but the miles and price were different from online. He then showed me the same car with a higher trim level that said it had been sold online. The facts on this car were also wrong.
During the paperwork, I was told that they don't even fill the tank up before you leave. Better yet, if it's close enough to half they'll leave it. I had about 1/3 of a tank when I left. I couldn't even make

Steer clear of Echopark Automotive in Charlotte!! Seriously. No ability to leave zero stars or negative stars, as this experience should be.
I agreed to buy a car on Thursday evening, offering a deposit.
They (Frank & Mike) said it was mine, but due to a computer glitch they had no way to record a deposit I offered - so no one else could buy it. Salesman Frank was to call me the next day with the amount for me to pick it up Friday afternoon.
Frank called Friday about 1:30 PM saying the glitch would take until the next week to resolve. I offered a deposit (again refused) and Frank said
