Terrible company to work with. They were responsible for shipping our kitchen cabinets. They failed to load one of thenbase cabinets that prevented us from getting countertops templated as scheduled. They just denied responsibility and willingness to help. including their customer rep Nicole hanging up on my wife.

Redman was TOTALLY wonderful!!! Lennon was our contact source from the beginning. Lennon is the BEST ever!!! Truly a professional, great, honest, cool guy. He responded quickly (like Batman quick) to every call & text. We can’t say enough about him, he has became our friend & feels like family. Tyler & Amber duo were our professional packers &… movers. Lowe’s should be ashamed for using this shipping company. The full order of my cabinets still haven’t been delivered by this company 15 days after they were promised. They don’t return phone calls, they just ignore you. I can’t believe I’ve paid Lowe’s for this delivery service. REDMAN SHIPPING IS AWFUL!!!

I wish I could give negative stars! This "company" is a absolute joke. If you are ordering from IKEA this is the only transport company they contract with. I highly advise not ordering with IKEA until they wise up and stop all contracting with them. Their "White glove" delivery is anything but. I thought all was good. They called saying my order was in early and that they would be able to deliver it prior to my scheduled date. They called the next day saying my delivery would be on Tuesday, May 4th. Perfect!! Just keep waiting....and waiting....and waiting...for my delivery. Which, in the first 2 weeks they were nice enough to call the day before and say "we promise, we are DEFINITELY coming tomorrow" (for 5 days in a row)....but now they just do not respond, do not answer phones or call back. It's So very unprofessional I can not understand how a company like this has any business at all. 0 logistics management, obviously. So now I have $20k worth of goods I ordered a month ago, and no idea where it is.

Not good does not cover it. If there was an option for zero stars I would most definitely choose it. Company was supposed to deliver it one Friday and I ended up calling in afternoon to check on things. They said they received order early In week but hadn’t sent it out. they promised me a delivery date of the following Thursday or Friday. I called 10times that Thursday before someone answered the phone. When they did they did not have me on the schedule yet and the order was still in the warehouse. they then straight out lied and told me they would have people work late and get it to me by end

This is the 2nd time I had a delivery from them as a third-party delivery company. The two delivery guys were careful with the product, careful with our office as they had a tight space to navigate through. They delivered the product 4 days before what Tammy in the office thought they might be able to do and I had ample communication from the office and the drivers. Last year, I had a patio set that was a gift and they worked hard to deliver the product early as well so it would be ready for a birthday party. In my experience, they aim to please!

Both we and our contractor called Redman numerous times to discuss delivery of kitchen cabinets. No one returned our calls. Finally, after several weeks of trying, a live body answered and we were assured that all we had to do was call one week ahead to arrange delivery. Once we knew our delivery window, I called more than one week early, was told they would call on Friday to give me a delivery time the next week. Josh was super helpful. I had a bike to be picked up with no help from the shop to secure the bike at a good location for pick up. I thought I had lost the bike. This is the company that IKEA hired and we did not get a choice in deciding. They held our order at their facility for nearly 2 weeks, giving us multiple excuses when we checked delivery status about why. First their driver no showed, then the driver was sick, then they hired a new driver and would call us when they were an hour away. Here is the breakdown of what happened with my shipping fiasco.
Day 1
I was contacted and given a 9 hour arrival window (8-5) being told that they would be there in the morning likely. After waiting an hour I came back to the clinic and sent an email to our contact Allison to try to get an update as to when we were scheduled on the list or an… estimated arrival time. We then received no contact or updates even though I requested them several times. They did not contact us until until 4:45 when they advised the truck was snowed in in Spanish fork and would not be coming by that day.

Overall experience with Redman Van & Storage was A+. Stu arrived on time, full of energy and enthusiasm. He did a fantastic job packing and loading the truck. At the destination he was awesome unloading and remembered where everything he packed was. My last move took a year or two off my life. This move without and Redman gave me back my faith in movers. We ordered our cabinets from a major construction store and they contracted Redman Van and Storage to deliver them. What a big mistake! They have had our cabinets for over 2 weeks and have given us many… conflicting stories as to why the cabinets are not here. The latest story was we were to be the first on the list for delivery this morning! What a joke! It's now 415pm and just got a call saying they should be here in a hr or so because they apparently don't know what time zone they're delivering to This company is a flipping joke!! Customer service is a big ZERO in my Book!
