Since 1999, RedJet Couriers Owner and President Brad Redlich has steadily grown from his courier service to a strategic moving company with many reliable delivery services for the area. Unfortunately, I am unable to give an account of RedJet’s work due to them calling and canceling the day before they were scheduled. THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SCHEDULED! So, of course all the other moving companies in town were booked up at that point. This left my family and I hanging high and dry two days before an out-of-state move. If you’re looking for unreliability, look no further than RedJet Moving.

UNRELIABLE!!! My family and I needed help packing up our trailer for an out-of-state move. RedJet's services were scheduled well in advance, and they chose to call the day before they were scheduled to cancel citing that they would not be in Billings. When I asked if they could at least refer another moving company they stated: "No movers in Billings would be available with such short notice". Unfortunately for us, they were right about that.

We had Red Jet move 3 appliances for us. Jeremy and Brad did a professional job. They were prompt, careful and knowledgeable. Two days later we encountered a problem with the refrigerator that was totally unrelated to the move. Brad, Russ and Jeremy came out and solved our problem. These guys went above and beyond. This was a fabulous moving company. Locally owned. Very professional. Delivered all items carefully and did not damage the house which was surprising as they had to carry a 300lb elliptical up to the second floor down a narrow hallway. Lowe's delivery men had to do the same thing with the washer and dryer and took out a huge chuck of trim and scratched the paint on a brand new house. I would highly recommend and use again in the future if needed.
My only negative feedback would be communication with the arrival time as I was told by a third party they would be arriving at 8am. When I called to

These guys were great! They showed up on time, worked hard and rolled with the punches. They don't just move furniture from house to house. They help rearrange furniture, put furniture together...you name they do it. That's what they told me and I believe them. I'll call them again!

Crew did an awesome job unloading a 9' grand piano and 30 other items off our truck on 10.3.15. I would hire this crew back in a heartbeat.

They were on time, professional, organized, and worked smart.
