They are great with understanding peoples situations of all types when cleaning a place no matter what the circumstances are. If they make mistakes like we all do as being a human comes with that; They define a truly honest company and companion of loyalty to fixing with out charging extra especially if the mistake is in their fault. Just keep the equal level of communication. They cant fix a mistake really if they are not told even if it is a minor one. But this is only in slight circumstances if this happened. I would trust them in my home or business to perform the task. They are worth every
