This is a real review, I have a full timeline of conversations, text messages and photos to support my experience: I was quoted $675.00 to replace my Porsche key. This was a fair quote; consistent with my dealership quote. I decided to use this service instead because they came to me and guaranteed an authentic key. They provided me with a "knock off" key without a serial number and they does not work!!! They came back and attempted to fix it several times without success. After having the key looked at by an authorized mechanic, I confronted them about the "knock off" key

Can't complete the task that they claim they can do. I needed keys programmed to my car after trying and not being successful they the guy claimed the new purchased key fobs were incorrect for my car. After believing him I contacted the dealer that sold me key fobs they said this are the correct keys for my car based on car vin number. So I took my car to the dealer and they had no problems programming my key fobs to my car. I don't think these guys have the knowledge or equipment to program smarts keys like the dealers do. Really disappointed.. $150 to unlock my car??? It took like 1 minute! And the guy asked for cash, which makes it sound pretty shady! We're on a very fixed incomes, ESPECIALLY since all this Covid. I was crying and the guy didnt wven seem to care. I cried the whole way home... This was money needed for groceries and such. NEVER call these guys unless you like to be screwed over. I've called other places and the average for unlocking a car is like $40-60. This was just plain evil.

Horrible services from receptionist and manager. So I called them for my car to reprogram my key for my infinity so that it works for the locks and they came and tried to fix my locks but it didn't work so the manager came another day to try and fix it but it just made the problem worse which then led to the car not being able to start because he altered the key and deleted the info on my car key which then made it not start anymore. So then I tried to call them to come back and fix it but they blocked my phone number and won't return my calls. They tried to blame it on the whole car

Key could work in ignition after being cut and programed but couldn't unlock door. I had told the owner I would post a review if they didn't fix it. He said I should find another locksmith. I didn't post a review. But after the owner called me to remove the review I didn't post. Threatening with the f word and hanging up. I called him back and demanded an apology for the bad and unprofessional attitude in a voice message. I said if I didn't get one I would post this. I didn't get one!

Johny saved my milk!! (Total time took 20 mins, from my call of distress to his arrival and fix!)
I locked my keys in my trunk after doing a grocery run. Johny quickly drove over from the next city over. He was very professional with the work, and patient as I tried to get my payment method working (the app was bugged while I was trying to pay). The work was fairly priced for how quickly my issue was addressed, and saving my perishables from slowly cooking in the death trap that is my car under the blazing noon sun. 10/10 would recommend, and am satisfid with the work! Thanks again!

I had originally put 2 stars on my review, but the owner called and requested that I change it. Because they literally knew my number and knew where I lived, I decided to acquiesce, but this was actually my original rating. Very unprofessional to call and persuade someone to change their rating, scary as well. Just accept the rating and do better next time!

Hired them to change the locks on 3 doors. Failed to put the final screw on the first door. Drilled the second door poorly. The flash plate is not flush the hole off the door is cracking. The third door was a sliding glass door. I have a picture that shows where he drilled and cracks point to the hole. He charge $974. When I called to complain, he blocked my number.

I used them recently in a locked out situation, all the locksmith had to do was to let us in, no damage or no change of locks. I as charged $204, $30 for mobile service fee(?? Really) and 174 was just opening. Irritating part was that they don't tell you what the charge is but will say when the technician comes home they will explain but then you would have to pay for the service call anyway and it's an opportunity cost. I had cheaper quotes which was making me wait for couple of hours. I'd shop a little before we commit to these guys, and also they are an umbrella of independent

I had called several places, my mom locked herself out of her house and we just wanted to get in without having to wait a few hours. Tom was there within 20 mins, and had us in the house shortly thereafter.

I had a terrible day to start off with since i got fired from my job and just like all bad days something always happens so i lost my honda key. I called supreme locksmith for my honda civic 2009 and they told me they would arrive in 30 minutes. Literally after i phoned them i only waited 15 minutes for a technician to arrive. They greeted me with a smile, and were extremly friendly. The price point was great and i will surely be recommending them. My technicians name was bar. Thanks bar you made my bad day turn around.
