Grandson's 540i BMW had just been towed back from a Berkeley dealership for a replacement key that could not be made due to title issues.
Called Proximity and within half an hour on a late Friday afternoon, Bar was dispatched to the residence.
He assessed project and gave an estimate for it. Worked diligently for over an hour but due to programming issues had to return next day to complete. He was within the time line he provided and within an hour, key turned engine and unlocked door!
Bar was very professional and confident in his skills!

If I could give them zero stars I would.
I called them because I locked my keys inside my car. Its never happened to me before so I didnt know much about the charges except I know it should be between $50-$80 dollars. My car is fairly easy to get into since the door was already damaged from previous times my mom had locked the keys in the car (its a handme down car, im poor alright). All they used was the air pockets and the metal wire to fish my keys out. It took them 10 mins apprx.
They charged $228!!!! How ridiculous! I asked them why it was that much and they said not to worry because if

I was stuck without a key, at night, outside of Whole Foods and Bar was able to swing by and make new keys and remotes, so yay for mobile locksmiths! The only issue was the cost ($385!) and the fact that my new remotes don't have the button to pop the trunk, but since I was stranded at night and in a pickle I really appreciated this service. He's a friendly guy and got things done fast.

I lost my keys in a location close to my vehicle--so I needed new keys fast to prevent anyone from stealing my car. I have a 2014 Lexus and I was concerned about getting a third party to provide the keys because the more advanced features--like push-to-start key, push-to-lock sensor, and automatic unlock when you grip the handle.
Ultimately, there was nothing to worry about. With my new (exact same version as before) Lexus key, I was able to do all the same things that I was able to do before.
The prices beat the dealerships AND he comes directly to you in a super timely manner. Very nice guy

Quick turnaround time and they have a lot of keys in stock. I have been running around for couple of days trying to find a locksmith that can laser cut a duplicate key for my car. Setup an appointment with them and when I showed up, it only took about 10 minutes and my key was done! Great customer service and hospitality!
