The same person doesn't pick up the phone. You keep talking to multiple people. They kept changing their arrival timing before booking. On the day of the move, they arrived at 2 pm when I wanted them to come before 10 am so that they could find space for parking. They left without notice at 2 pm as they had to park a block away. When we called them back they couldn't convince their own men to work. No commitment, not punctual. We got ditched and we had to move using a pick up truck as no other movers were ready to come at such short notice and it was our last day on the lease and we had to move

Rough experience all around. Almost 4 hours late outside of the time frame I was given (1-3 - showed at 6:45) because the previous move had not been honest about what they had to move, causing mine to get pushed back significantly. Tough experience with one of the staff members. Business office spoke with me about it and listened to my concerns. Hope this ensures others will have a better experience.
