Annual inspections are a critical part of roof maintenance and will add years of service life to your roof. Our first task during a commercial roof inspection will be to evaluate your roof system and all components associated with it. We will provide a detailed proposal explaining what the existing roof system consists of, including deck type, insulation, roof system(s) in place and condition of the roof.
Every roof has a life cycle and there comes a point in time when it makes sense to stop repairing and replace instead. Because a roof installation is often a large, capital expense, we realize that building owners and facility owners need to feel comfortable in their decision. When we begin your commercial roof installation and we arrive on site, we consider ourselves guests and behave as a guest should.

In the event your commercial roof has fallen victim to extreme damages, we will work to either escalate our timeline to repair, or dependent on the extent of the damages, place a temporary repair down to ensure no unnecessary consequential damages are endured.Even in non emergency situations, repair work is a top priority and will be scheduled promptly, lowering the chance of consequential damages is of the upmost importance.

For about 10 years, our agency has had a sub-par FLAT roof over our head that on many occasions, Sentry came out to patch up. They did the best they could given the circumstances, were always extremely prompt, courteous, and candid with us about the situation. Dan Fowler, Rob Powers and the crew were top notch, professional and prompt. Dan diagnosed the problems and suggested a new system to replace what we had which had been a big problem for years. Rob explained exactly what the project would entail and when it would start and finish. I was kept abreast of even minor adjustments before they happened. The workmanship is outstanding and the new roof and gutter system performs perfectly. I could not be happier!
