Our furnace went out on the coldest day of winter! I called Swenson and they had someone out within 20 minutes. Kyle investigated the issue, provided options for fixing our outdated, 25 yr old furnace or replacing it. We opted to fix it and he had the heat back on within hours. Our house went from 55 degrees to a comfortable 72 in no time and we couldn’t have asked for more. He was informative and worked to make sure he got it fixed correctly. I would not hesitate to use them again! Thanks Swenson (and Kyle)!

We called Swenson's on Wednesday because our furnace was acting up. They were at our house with in 2 hours. We were informed we needed a new furnace and they were out the next day (The day before Christmas Eve!) Thank you so much for getting this done so professionally and quickly! So appreciated!

Josh came out and helped with diagnosing an issue with our air exchanger and also got our furnace humidifier working again. In addition, I had ton of questions to help better understand our HVAC system, as we just moved into the house. Josh was extremely thorough and was able to give detailed answers for everything. I will definitely call this company again for any furnace or A/C issues in the future.

Had a great experience with this company, from the first phone call until the final payment. I love that they're a family-run business with years of experience, and they were very courteous, professional, and excellent communicators. I gave them a bit of a mystery to solve with our strange AC setup, and Josh accepted the challenge and investigated thoroughly. Plus, my dog approved and he's an excellent judge of character! I feel confident that our home will be safe and comfortable in their care for many years to come.

I contacted Swenson Heating and Air Conditioning to have them check/tune up my father in law's furnace as we approach the heating season.
Joshua performed the service call in a very timely, professional manner. He did an excellent job explaining the process and got the furnace all ready for winter. No pressure to replace unnecessary parts or systems.

From customer service, to installation, to aftercare, this company checks all the boxes for excellence. Every call I made was answered promptly by someone who was ready to help. Their customer service receives 5 glowing stars. Swenson Heating and Air Conditioning installed my new furnace on one of the coldest days of the year. It was a two day process of measuring and installing, but they made sure I had heaters to keep me and my pipes safe through the night. First called Swenson heating when I purchases my first house and noticed their sticker on the furnace. the home had a two stage furnace which i knew nothing about! he talked to me for over an hour explaining how the whole system worked before I had even closed on the house. He was very helpful and informative. Now I haved lived in the home for over a year and no problems with the furnace they installed five years ago. If I do ever have problems they will be the first guys I call! Highly recommend....

I found Swenson Heating and AC by doing an on-line search. I called them and let them know that my AC unit had caused a circuit breaker to blow, and that the fan sounded bad. They sent out a guy right away who spent about 10 minutes looking at the unit before he determined it was not cost effective to repair, and my only answer was a new unit. I was charged $45, and promised that his brother would call to show me my options. The brother did call and we set up an appointment. A new unit would cost $3,000. There were two repair options, but the cost would be $1,500 to $2,000, and couldn't be
