Services
Commercial construction projects need architecture firms in Long Beach that provide architectural design services consistent with the goals of the businesses they design spaces for. When architectural design firms in Long Beach create commercial building design plans, they take into account all the necessary code requirements, as well as how building occupants will use the building and experience its environment.
Interior design and material selection can be daunting for any scale of commercial building. When making corporate interior design choices and preparing for designing commercial interiors, building owners face many questions. What interior design materials are compliant? What commercial interior design materials are the most durable?
Company growth often demands additional space or new space that better meets the changing needs of a company. A commercial real estate broker can find a building that fulfills most of these requirements.
Whatever your business objective is for your commercial space, we give purpose to your commercial landscaping. Our landscape plans for commercial landscaping are as attractive as they are functional. Our landscape architects and landscape designers understand that landscaping for the commercially built environment needs to reflect business priorities and resources that are available for the commercial space.
Once we have collaborated with you to design your commercial project or tenant improvement project, it is time to begin making the architectural designs a reality. To do this, we rely on Construction Documents, building plans traditionally referred to as blueprints.

Although this company seems to be very professional, we found them also to be ultra expensive. If you do an hourly contract be careful as you will be charged a lot for small things you never even thought of and they will add up FAST! For example, a short email might cost you $125. They will charge for things like uploading photos, organizing Dropbox files, creating work flow docs, and intra office communication. They round to the nearest quarter hour and charge various hourly rates. If you go with a fixed fee, be prepared to pay $300 per square foot for your plans. We received measurements, a diagram

If you are looking for an Architect who is straight forward, will give you the suggestions you need, and make sure you meet all city requirements he is your guy! He is fair in price and worth the cost considering his company is with you every step of the way. Whether you have a Commercial or Residential project he and his staff is with you every step of the way. It's not always an easy process and can be time consuming so it
