Had the pleasure of working with Mark during my renovation. Not only was he helpful. He provided high quality, easy to follow blue prints for my general contractor. His knowledge of different building codes and requirements helped tremendously. Even after providing me with my drawings, he was always available to answer questions and provide me with advice during the various phases of my home renovation. I highly recommend him.

I shopped around quite a bit before I contacted Mark and I sure am glad I hired him to draw up my plans. Besides being the most reasonable priced, he really listened to my ideas and together we came up with a well thought out design. We are so pleased to have found them. They remodeled a bathroom for us and repaired and reroofed our house. Mark Greenwald did a major remodel on our home. He was the third contractor we spoke with. The first two wanted to tear down walls, eliminate our dining room and create a megakitchen. After hearing that twice, my wife and I said to each other, "The kitchen they propose would be way too big for our house." Also, my wife liked having a dining room. Mark, on the other hand, LISTENED to what we wanted, made great suggestions and improvements on our unformed ideas and we were very happy with the end results. It is like we have a new home. Also, he and his workers were always on time
