People regularly stop in front of the house to compliment the beauty of our yard. The GM of Arrowhead Lake stated our yard looks like a golf course!

Erb's landscaping did a job for the previous owners of our house just before we bought (2010). The boulder retaining wall looked fine at the time of purchase. Within about 2-3 years it started to fail. I could start seeing the white PVC pipe that was run from the gutters and terminated right behind the wall (buried in soil). I'm not a civil engineer, but a quick google, plus common sense, shows they should have either been run to daily (through the wall), or buried properly with stone, fabric, etc... We first reached out in 2014 and the owner offered to fix the wall at cost, which was still not

Unfortunately I never had an opportunity to even meet with anyone. An initial email took days to be answered, after returning a voicemail from the designer that would be working on the project I sent 3 unanswered texts over a weeks time to confirm a meeting that never took place. A subsequent email to the office manager has still never been answered. At least a call or email explaining the situation would have been appreciated and helped me understand their lack of response

In all fairness to Joe at Erbs I need to post another review. Immediately after posting my last review about a failure to communicate I got a call from Joe. It seems he went on a probably well deserved vacation shortly after our initial session of phone tag. Had this been communicated to me by Erbs my original review would not have been written. My apologies to Joe and my next review will hopefully be about doing business with a great, professional company.

The Erb team was fantastic, Karen the designer turned our small hilly backyard into a mini paradise. Her design was just perfect. Rich the excavator was meticulous and precise, and Andrew did an excellent job laying the pavers. All of the support personnel worked efficiently and completed the work with detailed precision. From start to finish the whole team was courteous and professional. We are thrilled with the finished project. Thank you Erbs!

They do really good work! Would recommend. They turn up when they say they will and do what they say they'll do. No chasing down to find out when the job will start or be completed. I've used Erbs for 2 jobs so far and will use them again the next time I need work done again. They put in a retaining wall last year. This year they did my driveway, laid stone around my house and cleared an area I needed for my kids to play.

Called three times in three weeks and spoke to a very nice lady about getting an estimate and was told a designer would call me. After the first call I did inform her that we spoke the week prior and no one ever got back to me. She assured me she would look into it and have the designer call, and was surprised after my third call they did not yet. Poor service and not responsive.

Erb’s did a beautiful job landscaping my property. They brought in boulders, created natural rock stepping stones, graded my property, planted bushes and perennials, and used pavers to make walkways by my front door and by my dock. The reason why I rate them as a 5-star business is because of their customer service. It is obvious that Dan’s customers are important to him. Love the way they incorporated natural stone, boulders and river rock into the patio and landscaping design. The paver patio, seat walls, and pillars look amazing. They created an awesome outdoor living space with the Belgard products we chose. Erb’s owner, Dan Erb, and his entire crew are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Our patio is my favorite place to hang out and relax. I highly recommend! !!
