I called mid-morning and Jim scheduled a service for 2 pm the same day! He arrived right on time, quickly found and corrected the problem, and had our furnace running in minutes. I wanted to update my review. I contacted click for furnace maintenance on the house we purchased in July. I know the furnace was an older unit but it was working and I just wanted it looked at and maintained. After the furnace maintenance service, my furnace went out the week after. The tech did write on the service report that the flame sensor was broken, but my unit was working prior to it. I had blue home warranty so I had to go through them to fix the flame sensor

This is the second home I’ve used Click Heating and Air for servicing my heating and air systems. They are professional, honest, and I feel like I trust what they tell me. I met the owner of the company the first time I used them. What a great guy! I got a younger technician this time, but he was knowledgeable and he found issues I already knew were there! Great job! Jim was great, responsive, knowledgeable and humble. Will definitely call back in the future. He saved us a TON of money, where the other guy from another company straight out lied to us about needing to replace our whole system for over 10k, Jim simply recharged our 7 year old AC unit and it works perfectly. The other guy told us it was 18 years old and could not be recharged with refrigerant. Jim - and Click - is a refreshing oasis of honesty and transparency in a wasteland of dubious business practices -- wanting to actually HELP the customer and not just make a bunch of money off of us. Jim, the owner of CLICK, is a super nice and honest guy. He was one of the first to come out and give me an estimate for my job and was very patient as I diligently called other contractors to also give me a bid.
Although Jim's price wasn't the lowest, it was very reasonable and he worked with me to amend a few of the options so that I could get a slightly better system for a still competitive price. He and Michelle worked with my complicated rental unit schedule and had my new furnace and HVAC installed in one day! I highly, highly recommend CLICK!!
