Ramsey and his team are amazing. I have had so many issues with a boiler another company installed. He trouble shooted issue after issue and it is working well now. Ramsey stuck around when other companies gave up. Thank you!!!!
Update! Still having issues with this system but Ramsey hasn't given up. He has really gone the extra mile(s)! He was able to escalate the issue to the manufacturers local tech. Ramsey 100% knows his stuff but this equipment is just not working as it should so he called in reinforcements. Super smart and we are making progress. And again, he hasn't given up on me like

It was a pleasure dealing with I interstate 25 mechanical from the very beginning. Ramsay's explained the entire process And gave me information on different types of hvac systems and different levels and what I could expect out of new system. He patiently explained all of the cost savings for everything and and provided me with multiple options to choose from.
Installation was a breeze and his team was extremely professional And explained everything they were doing while they were doing it and answered all of my questions when the job was finished.

I do appreciate their professional services. My AC was no longer blowing cold air, but I25 Mechanical tested the circuit board found it to be bad then ordered the parts. The parts were installed the same day they arrived. The most recent time they came to my house they solved a problem with my AC that others might have missed. I am very pleased with their work and service.

Very impressed by our tech Ramsey and his team. He called to update us on his estimated time of arrival, was prompt, diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. He was able to get our AC back up and running the same day even though the part needed was in Denver. We were extremely appreciative with his timeliness in completing the job.

Ramsey was very responsive, and he gave me a very good impression over the phone. He was able to schedule my onsite estimate within 48hrs of calling him, and he was very informative during the estimate. The best part is he was able to schedule installation before I could even get another contractor to give me an estimate. The pricing is fair, and the communication is very professional with Ramsey. The installer, Chris, was very efficient and honest. I25 Mechanical earned my loyalty, I will be promoting this business to anyone looking for a great contractor.

Our furnace was not working when we woke up. It had just been serviced by another company this past week. We called them but they don't work on weekends. Interstate 25 has hours listed every day of the week. Ramsey, our technician, told us they have 24/7 service available. Ramsey called and asked if he could come a couple of hours earlier than scheduled, which was great for us. He quickly identified the problem and gave us options, including going back to the previous company to see if the (exact same) repair is under warranty. I needed someone to check my dad's ac. So I thought why not give these guys a try. I Sent a msg, the reply was quick and very straightforward, they answered all my questions. I set up the appointment very easy. On the appointment date the called before arrival very professional, informative and explained everything to my dad who is 70yrs old. I really appreciate their honesty, not like the other company that my dad called first that tried to talk him into buying a whole new ac unit. This was just a routine annual inspection/service call, nothing dramatic. No fire, no flood, no impending doom. But something we needed to do as the daughter's house is under contract and furnace inspection is pretty much required by home inspector of whole house.
Ramsey was to show up between 2 and 4. He was there at 2:04 or so. Quickly started to work, cleaned burners, changed filter hooked up gauges on A/C did all that he was supposed to do.
I had a very comfortable feeling about him, he presented himself well and was very knowledgeable.
I kept his card and will be using him on my own
