I have filed suit against Detroit Cabinet Manufacturing for Extortion, Fraud and Breach of Contract in 36th District Court (case #20152800).
The owner/operator is a felon named Terry Anthony Davis. He was charged with Forgery, Uttering and Publishing, and False Pretenses over $20,000. The State of Michigan has stripped Terry Davis of his builder license for defrauding customers.
Somehow, the State of Michigan allows fraudsters to open LLCs and present as legitimate business people. Terry Davis to date has over 6 LLCs in his name and several have been sued and have judgments against them.
