Larry Brycz, his partner Mike, and the other "regulars" who work with him do flawless work. The same goes for subcontractors who handle masonry, drywall, wood flooring, tile, plumbing, electrical, etc. Everyone cares about achieving an excellent outcome, and their results are a product of that attitude. Because they have so much experience and also keep up-to-date on new products, Larry and his crew are very good at suggesting solutions to problems. We commissioned L&M for a series of jobs at our home that essentially remade the house and we couldn't have been happier. I think that's because they think like an owner. They took personal responsibility for our projects and always seemed to be asking: Is there a better way to do this? They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves every day… and demonstrated outstanding attention to detail. Best of all: There were no surprises.

If you are seeking quality work at a fair price L and M Restoration should be a top consideration for your project. I have used them on two large projects which included, reconstruction, plaster work, painting, floor sanding, insulation and replacing doors.
