Omar did a fantastic job on our house! We called Omar because we had some leaking from all the random storms, but had no idea what needs to be done. Omar was able to provide us solutions right away. We had to install new sidings and replace the old gutter. I had no idea what the siding was for so I had a lot of questions about the job. Omar was extremely patient to bring me up to speed. Metropolitan Design/Build has done many projects for me and I've been happy with every job. My new roof really makes my house stand out, but I've also done bathroom refreshes and a kitchen refresh, which was a less expensive approach than a custom remodel and still looks brand new, and totally awesome! Metropolitan Design/Build was fantastic to work with. Omar Kassem is very knowledgeable and made the entire process of having our storm damaged roof replaced easy. To our surprise, Mr. Kassem preformed an initial roof inspection using a high-tech drone with an HD camera to quickly show us how much damage we had. He identified the damaged roof areas as well as siding that had been blown off from the powerful storms we encountered. He was present the day my insurance adjuster inspected the roof to ensure all questions and concerns were met.

Omar and his team are THE BEST! I have had Metropolitan work on my home several times, and each job has been perfect and priced right. I have referred them to my friends and neighbors, and every one of them has been just as happy as I was with their work. I recently saw a full basement build out they did and it was gorgeous! I am planning on calling Omar in the Spring to do my roof - he is the only guy I trust to work on my house.
