Have been waiting over 6 months for a replacement part,, still have not received it!! The only reason they get 1 star is because you have give at least 1 to in order to start the review. The owner is very RUDE and the lady who runs the front desk. !!! Had to call several times to find out when a replacement part would arrive. He did not feel it was part of his responsibility to call us, and let his customer know that they hadn't forgotten about us, and that they would contact us when they have a date for the replacement. The owner thinks us inquiring after over a month was PUSHING him!!!

They were rude and the furniture was not worth the price. They need to stick with one person that is handling the customer from the past 4 years, they had different people that I had to deal with. The women that is there now is rude is very rude. When I first started to go to them in 2012 their customers services was great now it is going down hill. I guess I have to be their race in order to get great customer service s.
