I could not have been happier. Dennis was able to get me a rental car at a very good rate. They anticipated completing the work on Thursday but were able to find the part locally, so the repair was completed on Tuesday. The work that was performed is very good, I can definitely tell a difference in the trucks performance.

Joey Edwards was awesome, able to accomodate my late arrival to the showroom and had me in a new Jeep Wrangler within an hour and a half! He then went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to finish up the following morning when we needed to reschedule the triguard coating and pick up the jeep early due to our other vehicle needing to go to the shop.
John Jones Corydon made the financing work out better than expected. I've never had a quicker, easier experience with any dealership.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. The service was good. The recommended fixes came to $2050.47. Two concerns about this is 1) the cost for parts were far excessive for what the same GM parts can be purchased elsewhere on line by as much as $400.00 more. And 2) one of the recommended fixes was to repair the front brakes which I had replaced at JJones Corydon 4 months earlier. I had to asked that these be covered under warranty. The brake rotors and pads installed at that time came from NAPA. I think I got approval this will happen. My intent is to purchase the needed parts that come back to have

Over the past month I have had both my vehicles serviced either on the GM side or the Chrysler side. All 3 times my experience was great! Customer service was fantastic, the service technicians exceeded my expectations and everyone was professional. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced there in the future.

Exceptional customer service with a focus on details. Gregory Dennison is an excellent employee who is very customer focused. He worked with me to establish a rotating schedule to service all 3-vehicles on the same day. John Jones Auto group in Corydon is the best! Great service is a rare gem these days, but John Jones of Corydon exceeded my expectations!
