I saw other negative reviews for this company and was hesitant, yet these guys gave us the best quote. We decided to work with them and hope for the best. It was a super positive experience. All our stuff was moved in 24 hours from one end of the state to the other. They work fast and hard. A few minor damages occurred but they always pointed them out and even help to repair one piece that broke. My husband and I have done A LOT of moves over the years. Moving all your stuff through doors, stairs, in a truck….It is hard work and it rarely goes perfect between timing, logistics, and items getting

UPDATE: THESE GUYS ARE NOT LEGAL IN OREGON. THEY'VE BEEN FINED TWICE. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
These guys were hired to move some furniture from Medford to Portland for an older woman. They came and took the furniture and put it out on the drive way unwrapped or protected - not on blankets - just on the cement. I asked why aren't you wrapping it inside? I had to make them put it on something soft outside, and was just dismissed the first time I asked. I asked why aren't you wrapping in padding? They said I might learn something if I watched them. I wasn't impressed. They also took some artwork

I would never use this company again, and I would warn anyone I knew to find someplace else to take their business. Through direct incompetence, they caused thousands of dollars in damaged goods, over-billed for services not received, underestimated the number of trucks needed (causing a last-minute logistical nightmare and an additional unexpected $2000 charge mere days before we had to be moved out of our old house), and refused to remedy the situation (the two owners each washing their hands of the incident and placing blame on the other one). That is garbage customer service of the highest
