At first, I had confidence in this moving company. Sean, the owners Son told me to "just sit back and relax. We'll take care of everything".
First let me say that I did change my moving dates at least one time.
Second, I asked Sean if we needed to sign a contract. I was told that " we would take care of that later"
Third, I called the office and spoke with Sean's Mother regarding hiring "rogue movers". I wanted to know if they use "their" movers or hire out. Now, let me say that I told her who I was, verified the move date, and then asked the question. So, there should be no questions as to
