A very thorough job. Virginia is very responsive and was a big help with an overwhelming process. Hugo did great work - it took a couple of double checks to get every detail right but that's not a knock in my book. Have already recommended them to others.

I had my flooring refinish by Nola Floors LLC and I’m so glad I did. We decided to get the 120 year old wood floors refinished in our new home before moving in. We got quotes from several floor refinishing companies and decided to go with Nola Floors based on price, experience, and positive reviews.
Virginia was very nice and accommodating. She was able to get the work scheduled quickly and around other work going on in the house. Guy did a great job on the floors and he came back once to touch up a spot that and once again to refill one of the plugged holes. He also gave us his cell number should have any other issues or if we did any damage while moving furniture

I needed to have my bathroom floor repaired after some water damage. I had heard about NOLA Floors from a coworker and decided to give them a call.
Within a few days I was able to get an estimate, have work scheduled and completed.

They refinished oak flooring with 30 years of wear, stains, scratches, etc. The crew did a wonderful job of explaining what was being done. They took the time and care to do it right. We can’t be happier with their work and recommend them highly. Our floors are like new and look fantastic!

I asked NOLA Floors to look at my hardwood floors which were caving in in several areas. They were extremely polite and sent someone to investigate the following day. I was given a very fair quote and we scheduled the job the same week. This was on a rental property of mine and my tenants commented to me how beautiful the work was and how amazed they were that Nola Floors was able to match up the color to the existing floors perfectly. I will be using them for all like work in the future.

The proprietress, V., is very sweet and easy to deal with. She seems very customer service oriented. Unfortunately, the guys doing the work are not. They threw away building materials that were on the floor before the job began, used *my* tupperware to mix stain, did not seal cracks, left trash at the job site, and neglected to move the refigerator aside to finish the flooring underneath. I called about this last thing and they said they would come back to cath this area but they never did. Had to pay someone else to finish the work.
