I just had the most amazing experience in purchasing a refrigerator at Flippin Jays in Pineville. First of all, the selections were numerous in my price range. I wanted quality but I didn’t want to pay a mint. These are uncertain times. Every penny saved is a penny earned. So, I found the perfect refrigerator to my taste. The salesperson isn’t really a salesperson. She is more like a sales consultant. She worked with me to get the refrigerator, delivery, and pick-up my old refrigerator at a price that was discounted and lovely. Customer service is outstanding! I’ll certainly be back the next

Walked through to get an idea on how much room i was gonna need in my home for the livingroom furniture i wanted. Definitely gonna fill up my whole livingroom in my current home. Purchased a Whirlpool French Door Fridge from Flippin Jays and took it home same day. It was in good condition and came with a warranty. Went in looking for a specific fridge, but decided to upgrade my options. The wife is happy, so it's all good. Hopefully this fridge will last a couple years.. Staff was friendly.

Purchased a sofa and love seat set in October of 2020, repaired May of 2021 which was a huge ordeal. I’m not sure if I just got a bad set or what but needless to say it’s damaged again, that’s twice in less than a year. I do not recommend the rocking reclining sets at all. They had discussed trying to do a partial refund, but was waiting on the owners input. but then had no more contact at all. They were very friendly in every conversation, but doesn’t help when the quality of the furniture is bad.

I wish they would have been more up front about their no returns policy. I asked to return a mattress that I hadn't even unloaded, still in plastic, less than 30 minutes after leaving. I wasn't asking to return my entire purchase, just the overpriced mattress and was told no. I don't care what the paperwork says, you should verbally make it very clear that there is a no returns policy. I won't be back. The owner was nice, but not his employee...

Great Prices!!!! Awesome customer service!!! Looking for a Sectional went to a big box store first. Decided to check out Flippin Jays and was so excited they had the same Sectional as the big box store at half the price! I forgot my mask and was a little hesitant going in but they had one readily available which made my shopping experience feel safe! Highly recommend this store. I will be going back soon! Great job guys!!

With the current events, I was wanting a chest freezer. They are sold out at the big box stores all across the region. Obviously, other people had the same idea that I did. And so here's Flippin Jays who manages to get a truckload of chest freezers in an assortment of sizes. I wanted one and they wanted to sell one.
The purchase process could have been smoother but I'm very forgiving here. Six feet of "social distancing" doesn't work well when you have a bunch of folks who want something that's in short supply. They did as well as they could under the circumstances

We went in looking for a refrigerator. Plenty to choose from. It's a warehouse type place. Scratch and dent. I did not see any new refrigerators.
Also saw some couches and sectionals that were new. Prices seem pretty good.
Refrigerator came with a 90 day warranty. Better place than the Sears outlet.
We went back a couple of days later to pick up the refrigerator and mother and son where there.
Nice people and Eagles fans.

This is the 2nd time I have used Flipping Jays. Both times I have been very satisfied. This last time there were a couple of things that didn't go perfect. The great thing is that Flipping Jays was flipping awesome on getting things fixed quickly and with no hassle so a big shout out to Flipping Jays if you need something this is the place to go for appliances stove microwaves air conditioners furniture tables the price is right and the item is just as you were expecting

Best service I have ever received. This place was amazing. I had excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. They weren't pushy- They answered all questions and the delivery was topnotch. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The feel is family-ish and the the honesty is something I wish every company had. I will definitely be back!

Man these guys are awesome. Just moved from CT and apparently it's a thing down here that everyone takes their washer and dryer when selling a house. So I found myself needing some appliances. They have a large selection of scratch and dent items all with new warranties. It's a large warehouse with a variety of furniture and appliances. Everything they had was good quality, the furniture is all new, the appliances from what I saw all scratch and dent. Laid back sale approach, very helpful and accommodating. I was looking for a quick turn around and they didn't disappoint.

Moved into the area, looking for a bargain since I needed a whole house full of things. Purchased a couple mattresses, couch, kitchen table and a new TV. Jeremy was great working with me to fit my budget and offer me assistance with delivering my items. Will go back often to search for all the remaining items I need. It was a great experience for my first time in town. They also have all sorts of items and vendors from new furniture to hand crafted items. Cool place to check out!
