Totally honest saved me hundreds of dollars. When I used Shear for second opinion. The first company wanted to replace my AC and said it died, cut the power line and was coming to replace AC first thing the next morning. Shear reconnected the power and found that it was a fan that needed replacing and the AC worked for years more until I had shear finally replace the AC when it really died. Only AC company I use and tell about.
