The state (CPOW) requires aerobic treatment units utilizing a maintenance contract/provider to routinely inspect your system. This contract is designed to protect you, your neighbors, and the environment from untreated wastewater being disposed of onto your lawn or surface. The state (CPOW) requires a minimum of 3 inspections per year.

How Aver doesn't have 10,000, 5 star reviews is beyond me. Matt at Aver Contracting is spectacular. He really helped us out with our septic system. It's a long story but he saved us tens of thousands of dollars and his quality or work is amazing. Passed inspection on the first go, and was fantastic with communication. If you are looking for a septic system especially, and thought you would need to rob your kids college fund, call Matt. Seriously a great guy.

I called Matt when another amateur septic company dropped the ball, it was short notice and since we were selling our house we needed to get help ASAP. Matt came over took care of the need, including inspection, certificate, and coordinated getting the pumping done. Matt is a first class professional and we were completely pleased with his services. Also, he did not charge us anything extra for the urgency and was actually more affordable than other providers. Highly recommend Matt and Aver contracting, he knows his profession very well and will not let you down!
