This company does not show up for appointments. I do not recommend wasting your time calling Premier Fence. They blew their chance at a $37,000 new fence project because they would not show up for a simple fence repair. If you want professionalism look elsewhere.

Don't use Premier. The radio ad sounds so good but I can't even get a call back from Paul. Last Monday I called about a job on Cardinal Lane. Talked to Paul. Called again on Tuesday and Paul promised to have me a price that day on a solar residential gate. That was a week ago and still no call. Beware. - Terry.

I did not have a good experience with Premier fence. I had a man come out to give me a bid I'm getting something has replaced and a gate put in and I tried to contact them every other week for about three months and kept getting the runaround. And still never got the bid or any kind of email stating that they can't do the job or won't do the job. I just gave up!😞

I cannot speak to the quality of work done. It very well might be excellent. I can say, however, that their free estimate was almost $2,000 more than another competing company's bid for nearly identical specs, and I thought the other company's quote was outrageous. Like I have been told by many insurance agents, realtors, and other professionals of many walks of life. Midland price gouging is very real. I see. I see. Will go with neither company.
