Replaced a worn wooden fence. Poor job, very poor job. After only a few weeks, a few boards are already starting to warp and pull away. The installers did not put a latch/handle on the inside of the fence. You could get into the yard from the alley but once in the yard, you could not get back out. It took over a month for someone to come back and "fix" this issue. It looks like a child did the work with the overcuts, plus they left a non-functioning latch in place. It just looks awful. Not to mention the snarky attitude of the person who came to fix the issue. The fence was not

All-State is an amazing company. I've used them in the past and just recently had a fence put up at my in laws' house. I'm very impressed with how quickly they responded after I had put in my request for an estimate. Everyone I dealt with in the process was very professional. Both fences they installed for me look awesome and the crews that came out were very well mannered and picked up any mess they made. So initially i left a mixed review, however after doing so i have realized a few things...
1) these guys came out and did a great job and did it fast.
2) The billing department is excellent
3) i am very happy with all of my interactions with AllState
Initially the fence wasn't perfect, some of that was my fault, but they came out and fixed it and did whatever it took to make me happy with it.
I couldn't pay my bill for 2 months with complications in finishing the whole house, the billing dept worked with me and was great, definitely a great way to end the transaction.

All-State was very great to work with. The work they did was on a rent house in another town several hours from where we live. They were able to get to it a week earlier than scheduled. Not only did they keep us informed they also keep the renter informed. Susan and Bailey have been excellent to answer all of our questions. Very fast and efficient would recommend to anyone!

Without consulting me first, the fence installation crew removed what the company called rot board (I called it a "retainer wall"). Because the yard is higher than the alley, it was obvious to me the rot board was installed inside the old fence to prevent washout, and it did a great job--until it was removed. The removal of the rot board created a "trench" of varying depths and widths that runs the entire length of the yard, 40+ feet (their estimate with the exact measurement is in the other room and it is late as i am writing this and I am tired, so I am guesstimating but
