Called them out twice. First time in March for my inducer motor. I had two techs come out they couldn’t even find the model number or the brand name of my furnace. But advised that I “need” a new furnace cause of how old my furnace was.
I didn’t go through with paying then to fix or replace. I replaced the inducer myself and my furnace ran great for months afterwards(was cold up until May). I still signed up to be a member so I can get a cleaning on my furnace and ac unit. Called them several times to get a cleaning and they never showed. Called a third time to cancel my membership and

Samantha is THE BEST!! She is prompt, courteous, friend and above all - she is very knowledgeable. She diagnosed the problem, made the proper phone calls, picked up a part and replaced the fan motor. This was not the first service call she has made to my home - it was the first repair, however.

Service experts Cleveland responded quickly to my request for a Saturday appointment. Samantha our technician arrived a little early and was very polite and professional. She explained what caused our air conditioning to break and was able to repair it swiftly. The maintenance plus plan was a no brainer to sign up for. My AC was 35 years old and finally broke down during the muggiest week of the year. I called Service experts and they came out the next day to repair my unit. They replaced a blown fuse and it started working for an hour and died again. They came back out same day and repaired it again. I spent about $650 in repairs which wasn’t bad at all for all the work that needed to be done. Unfortunately it died again the next day. I talked with my. Salesman James and we decided it was time for a new unit. James and his company were so nice and friendly. They told me the would refund my $650 dollars if

Does NOT guarantee their work. I had a technician light the pilot in a 20 year old wall mount commercial unit. The unit still failed to work after they left. Their excuse for their incompetence is the area is too drafty...have I mentioned that the unit is 20 years old? Draft has not been an issue until now? Their goes $177.00

I contacted Service Experts, through Costco, with the intent of getting a new air conditioner. On the morning of my appointment I smelled something burning coming from the register. Rich, my salesman/hero took… his time and looked at all possibilities to find the source of the smell. Turns out my furnace was going bad as well. Divine timing. Rich gave me a fair estimate, with options to replace both units and even included a discount. I guess it was a lucky day for both of us in a way! 2 days later Bob and Steve and Josh were in my home restoring my heat and getting us ready for summer!

We bought a new furnace for my dad in November. It was high end and costs thousands of dollars. Today it is not working and I can not get them to give me any information on when it will be fixed. No time or anything. I called a half hour ago and just now and it seems the information did not go out to the technicians. Really???? Why are there not more people working during such a cold snap?

We had no air conditioning for over a month. We were using another company and were not pleased with their assessment of our needs. Mike came and reviewed the status of our air conditioning and we were very pleased with his knowledge and suggestions. Bob and Steve came this morning and installed our new heating and air conditioner. They were both very pleasant and professional. Our house is cool and the humidity level has improved .. a lot!!!! I would recommend this company and their staff. We are sooooo happy#
