Hired Carmelo to pest spray perimeter of my home and he also upsold me on getting my paver areas powered washed. I expressed concerns that power washing would remove some of the sand that is between the pavers. He reassured me that he would come back to fill in those areas. After weeks of "i'll be there tomorrow", it has been 2 months of no action. I hired him because he was a veteran and am disappointed in the follow through.
