In 1996, Arnold passed the business on to his son-in-law Brian Denny. I called these guys at 9am and they were at my house at 12pm. I had a weird issue of Japanese camel crickets in my basement and bees in my yard. Since they came I haven’t seen any. I just moved in and the people before me probably never had an exterminator but the level of professionalism and timeliness was second to none. I couldn’t ask for better service, the guy they sent was very cool and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They came highly recommended to help with removing a bird nest in my gutter. I understand that they are busy and that is good. However, the receptionist took my info and said they will call me back when they can call me back. I asked if there is anything more specific about a callback or visit to the house. She said sorry we can't tell you when someone will contact you. So far it has been 2 weeks.

For years, one of the best in the business. They will give you an honest appraisal of the situation. They will tell you the complete way to treat it, but will also be open to situations where the budget does not allow it. My church uses their services exclusively as does my 95 year old mother who still takes care of her whole house.

Most importantly I appreciate the integrity of owner Brian! He responded promptly to the issue I described with sound advice. Today his pleasant and professional technician arrived to my property in a timely manner, treated the issue and gave me a reasonably priced invoice for the service. I highly recommend Arnold's Pest Control and will not hesitate to call them again if need be.
