Tropical Fence

Tropical Fence installed my black vinyl chain link fence a year ago and I still have no complaints. As a update. After hurricane Ian, after both of my garbage cans flew against the fence I had to replace 8 tie downs which connects the fence to the posts. My fence looks great. I will recommend Tropical Fence to everybody I know.

From my very first call to Tropical Fence where I had the good fortune to speak with Donna, to this afternoon when Fernando, the team leader who installed my fence, told me he would hope to be back next week to complete the gate that needed to be fabricated, I cannot tell you how excellent the service has been.

Everyone has been incredibly helpful and considerate and kind and ultimately provided a product that makes me finally feel like my house has recaptured a sense of "home".

It has been a very long journey since September 28th when hurricane Ian demolished three businesses and my home here on Fort Myers Beach. I have been extremely blessed to have encountered top notch contractors at every turn.

I understand that there is new ownership at Tropical fence but I seriously hope that you will maintain the same sense of customer service that I have experienced in the last months. You just don't come by it everyday and when you do, you have to reach out and say, thank you.

I hired this company to build a fence for my place in Alva. I ended up cancelling not because of anything they did wrong it really came down to timing for materials. Due to the back log of materials the time to completion was becoming much longer than I was comfortable with and that was beyond Tropical Fences control. I happened to have a neighbor who had just had a fence installed and out of curiosity I called that fence contractor and he assured me he had the materials and could complete the job within the week. This was a fenced in area for my dogs and we were going on 2 months in the place

They are awesome people to deal with and respect you and your property. If they had a 10 star they deserve it. Thank you again for a great job

Great experience all around. I received prompt and professional customer service. It's obvious they have systems and processes in place to keep track of their jobs, as well as for the communication with customers. Even though my job was small as it was just a minor repair of some existing vinyl fencing, they took it seriously and got it done right. Dawn and Donna in the office are very sweet and Robert, the estimator, is outgoing and easy to communicate with. I will definitely use Tropical Fence again in the future.

They installed our fence 20 years ago - I called them to come back to repair fence after Irma destroyed it by large tree fell on top of fence. Robert helped to fix gate that was off level last Friday.

I had damaged vinyl fence from hurricane Irma. Tropical Fence was on time! Fair price! Very kind on phone with office and Ernest (field repair) was very professional and explained all the work done in detail. I needed fence repair and the fence looks better than when first installed. Highly Recommend Tropical Fence! We wanted a unique fence. We called 5 different companies trying to find a company that could get it and not talk us into something we didn't want. Donna, Robert & Joel (Forgive me if I forgot a name), were very Professional & responsive (My Husband can be a pest) and gave us weekly updates. Our fence is Absolutely Gorgeous! Every day we have people stop to compliment and ask who did it! We are Happy to pass on the phone Number!

So I gave them 2 stars because Pete came out really fast, simple quote. 3 weeks later, and multiple request for the quote, and a few calls. Zero Quote. Hey I guess if your that busy.

My gate needed a minor adjustment and Robert came out and as usual was prompt, pleasant and professional and not only made the adjustment but actually went above and beyond by digging up a high clump of grass and leveling and replacing the grass. This kind of service is why I’m so thankful to have Tropical Fence since 2014 and highly recommend them if you’re looking to have a fence put in. Also, Debbie in the office is always professional and friendly.

Tropical Fence did an outstanding job. The estimate was quick, reasonable, and the job was started when we were told it would be.
When they finished for the day on Friday (before a holiday weekend), we thought for sure it would remain not-quite-finished until the following Tuesday but they came out on Saturday to finish it off even though their office was closed.
Upon installing the final gate, we inquired if we could have them make some last minute changes as to their operation and, without hesitation, they took more time to complete the job as we asked. We feel they went above and beyond and

I can't judge based on their install but I can review them based on giving a quote. Took FOREVER!! Called them to make an appt for a quote for our business property. Told on phone it would be 4 weeks and then they would call me to make the appt in 4 weeks. Well TWO months later they finally call. Couldn't do that date. I called

I can't say enough good things about Tropical Fence. Every business should be run this efficiently. From planning to permitting to installation, they kept us informed every step of the way. We were given contact information for everyone involved, phone and email. The installers were fast and professional. I highly recommend them if you need any type of fence.

We called this company to have them come out for a quote on a fence for our dogs. They confirmed an appointment time of 9:30 a week in advance. When we called the day of to confirm they told us it would be between 11 and 12pm. We both work and cannot wait an extra 2 hours because they decided to change the time on us the day of the appointment. I would not recommend this company unless you want to wait around on their schedule.
