This past August, I closed on my house and knew I would eventually (but ideally not as soon as I actually had to) have to have the dying, giant elm in the back removed for safety reasons. Storm came through, branch came down, and so I realized I needed to have this done now.

I received a dreaded notice from my HOA about a dead tree on my property. After shopping around, I decided to go with Acadia because Jacob was able to provide a complete service (tree removal, haul away, stump grinding, and a new tree). I was amazed at how easy the process was. Everything was accomplished while I was at work for a few hours, and the job was thorough and professional. There was no mess or damage. Not a single stick or splinter was left cluttering up the yard. I was very impressed. Jacob followed up with instructions on how to care for the new tree.

We had two large trees in our backyard that needed some care and Jacob was super helpful in educating us on the health of our trees and recommending options. We decided to remove one of them that was dying and trim the other. Jacob was easy to communicate with and scheduled the job to be done within a week. The crew arrived on time and was very professional. They did a great job and we could not be happier. We got a few other quotes but went with Acadia as they had really made us feel comfortable. The price was fair and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

We need to have 6 crepe myrtle trees taken out and I sent a request for a quote through Yelp. I heard back from Jacob almost immediately! He asked for specifics and then gave me options to choose from. He and his crews showed up right on time as promised and worked quickly to complete the job. They removed the trees, ground down the stumps, and hauled away the debris for a very reasonable amount. They were great!

Jacob Gomez and the Acadia Tree Care crew were amazing. I interviewed 6 other firms for getting some trees removed from our back yard, and while Acadia was not the cheapest, they were absolutely the best. Knowledgeable, efficient, professional - I could not have asked for better service.

Jacob and his team did an outstanding job trimming and pruning my trees. The entire team was very professional and continually verified our satisfaction throughout the work. They cleaned up as if they had never been here--including the adjoining neighbors' yards (I wish I had more trees to trim!) And, they were reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend Jacob and Acadia Tree Care--unequivocally.

We had a very large Hackberry tree growing into our fence with electrical and cable lines all around it. I’ve use Acadia before and again they did a fantastic job. Watching these guys work was fascinating this tree was probably 70’ tall and with the lines around it it wasn’t an easy job.

Jacob was THE man for this job. I bought an acre last year with a lot of 60' plus tall trees on it that were poorly maintained. Jacob came out the day and time he said he would, for a free estimate, gave me a great deal, and did a fantastic job. His team cleaned everything up, including the branches that were already fallen, cut all day long without breaking anything, and made the place look great. 10/10 job! I will work with them again!

Phenomenal communication and service. Competitive with their quoting and we had a ton of work on some large and older trees. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable on the work at hand and how to go about it properly. It was nice to see them take the proper safety precautions while climbing to thin out our overgrown trees but you wouldn't believe how fast they worked. Definitely will be calling them again when it is time for some more major maintenance!

I contacted their office as instructed by their manager below and they sent a crew out (twice) to try to match the concrete patch a bit better (see updated photo). While it shows a positive example of their commitment to excellent customer service, the fact is they are not going to be able to match the concrete and the damage is done. As shown in the picture, our walkway has a "salt rock" kind of finish. Short of re-laying that same finish (or comparable finish), it's never going to look right and I will eventually need to hire my own contractor to get that block re-paved

We hired Acadia Tree Care on a whim after our yard was officially flooded out after the rains and nothing would grow back. They were the first quote we received, and after looking at other services, Acadia was clearly the best choice to make for not only the amount of work they did but also because they encouraged us to get other quotes and did not push anything, even though they were already very competitively priced.

I sent out a request through Yelp; Jacob answered within a few minutes & came out that afternoon to give us a quote. Jacob & his crew were awesome! Gave our trees lots of TLC - trimmed them up properly, chipped them, & hauled everything away. Took great care to clean up our property. After completion, they even helped our POA chip up all the debris created during that project. Looking forward to having them out next spring for a neighborhood clean-up!
