This year was the fourth time I have used The Tree Fella to trim my two red oak trees, and the second time for the crew headed up by Ian. As before, the guys were friendly, efficient, and thorough. They needed no input from me as far as what was needed. Thanks to Camille with The Tree Fella and Ian and his crew, I am again a happy customer.

6 weeks ago 7/14/20 we paid $433 to have this tree trimmed because large branches kept breaking and falling. One branch had missed someone by 1 minute. We made it clear this is why we needed it taken care of.
My husband had been unemployed 4 months at this time and we still felt like this money needed to be spent to make the tree safer.
After they left I didn't feel they did a good job but chose not to complain because they came recommended. But my family member was upset that they recommended someone we weren't happy with. So he complained. And the project manager came out and said

I used the service of Tree Fella a year ago and was very pleased of there prompted and professional service. They trimmed, raised canopy and thinned out. They also hauled away all brush several years ago. So I called them again and they quoted me the same price but did not arrive. I called them and they returned my call and immediately started making excuses why they didn't show up.
In my opinion too many tree trimmer' s in Texas to worrie about the lack of professionalism with this one.

These guys did a great job on our trees! We had several years of overgrowth, and they took them down like champs. Prices are very fair. It was a large job, so we got 5 quotes before proceeding. Tree Fella was not the cheapest of the 5, but we thought they were the most knowledgeable and trustworthy. So glad we went with them.

The job on my three oak trees was done quickly and professionally and cleanup was pretty meticulous. I think they may have under-bid the job based on the time they took on one of the three trees (they were here longer than I expected). Even if that was the case, the crew did not short-cut the job and Camille honored the estimate (the kind of integrity that is not often seen much anymore). I've already recommended them to my neighbor and have no problem doing so it anybody else who asks.

I believe in negotiating everything. Last week Camille came out to inspect and price, and we settled on something that was reasonable (Camille is not a pushover in negotiating, btw).
Her crew just left the house, and they did such an amazing job that I wrote a check for what she asked for in the first place - with zero reservations.
Camille is professional, prompt and between the inspection and arrival, straight up did everything she said she'd do, when she said she'd do it. That's gold all by itself.

I am incredibly disappointed that a company I have used for years and trusted with my tree has let me down so severely. Evidently Richard has sold the company and it has completely changed. Due to a death in the family I contacted Camille to postpone my appointment until next week so I would be home when they trimmed my front yard tree and back yard hedge. I received email confirmation from Camille agreeing to wait until next week. I returned home yesterday to find they had butchered the front tree and trimmed a hedge that is NOT in my yard. There's no way to put the butchered branches

From start to finish the process was exceptionally fluid. I didn't have to be home, and was able to pay afterwards via their handy-dandy pay-pal link on their website.
I actually just chose them because I liked their company name, and thought it would be fun to say I went to The Tree Fella.
They provided me with a more than reasonable quote . . it was way more affordable than a couple of quotes I got back in the summer time

We have done business with The Tree Fella for several years and have always been impressed with their prompt response, the courtesy and professionalism of their crews, and the way they cleaned up following various trimming jobs. Their price structure is fair and competitively priced. Crews arrive on time and generally leave the property cleaner than it was before they arrived. They have done routine tree/hedge trimming as well as major removal due to damage from a storm, and their work has always been exceptional.
